Room Rental
Studio Room Rental provides access to the reserved studio room and approved studio equipment during the scheduled reservation time. An Aura Studios & Co engineer is not included. The booking party may operate their own session, record themselves, produce or make beats, or bring their own engineer or producer.
Payment
Studio Room Rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. The reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of the Room Rental payment. Cancellations or rescheduling requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. If the booking party has not arrived or contacted Aura Studios & Co within 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, the reservation may be considered a no-show and the Room Rental payment is forfeited.
Session Operation
The booking party is responsible for operating their own session or bringing someone capable of operating the equipment and software needed for the session. Studio Room Rental does not include recording, mixing, production, engineering, or continuous technical assistance from Aura Studios & Co.
Technical Assistance
Limited basic assistance may be available when possible, but Aura Studios & Co does not guarantee that an engineer or staff member will be present throughout the rental. If assistance is needed with studio equipment, contact Aura Studios & Co. Do not disconnect, reroute, reconfigure, remove, or troubleshoot studio equipment in a way that changes the normal studio setup without authorization.
Responsibility for the Studio
The person who books the Room Rental is responsible for the studio and approved equipment during the reservation. The booking party is also responsible for the conduct of any artists, engineers, producers, guests, or other individuals they bring into the studio. Damage, loss, or unauthorized changes caused by the booking party or their guests may be charged to the booking party.
Session Time
The reservation begins and ends at the scheduled times. Setup, recording, production, breakdown, file management, and other session activities must take place within the reserved time. Arriving late does not extend the reservation.
Extensions
If additional time is needed, contact Aura Studios & Co before the reservation ends. Aura will check whether additional time is available. Extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to studio availability. Any approved extension must be added and paid for before the additional time is used.
Guests
The maximum occupancy is 4 people total, including the person who made the reservation, unless Aura Studios & Co approves otherwise in advance. The booking party is responsible for ensuring all guests follow studio and facility policies.
Equipment
Studio equipment must be handled with care and returned to its proper location after use. Equipment may not be removed from the studio. Do not disconnect, reroute, move, or modify studio equipment outside of normal approved use without authorization from Aura Studios & Co. Report damaged, malfunctioning, or missing equipment as soon as it is discovered.
Files and Session Data
The booking party is responsible for recording, saving, transferring, and backing up their own session files. Aura Studios & Co does not guarantee permanent storage of files created during a Studio Room Rental. Any session data remaining on Aura systems may be removed after 90 days. Clients should maintain their own copies of all important session files.
Cleanliness
The booking party is responsible for leaving the studio in a clean and reasonable condition. Dispose of trash, remove personal belongings, return equipment and furniture to their proper locations, and clean up any mess created during the reservation.
Studio Access
Studio access is provided only for the scheduled Room Rental period. The reservation does not provide unrestricted or unscheduled access to Aura Studios & Co outside of the booked time.
General Aura Studios & Co Policies
All applicable Aura Studios & Co Session Policies also apply to Studio Room Rentals, including rules regarding conduct, guests, smoking, vaping, substances, food and drinks, equipment, cleanliness, security cameras, and studio safety. Where these Studio Room Rental Terms establish a different requirement from the general Session Policies, these Studio Room Rental Terms apply to the Room Rental reservation. This includes the requirement that Studio Room Rentals be paid in full at the time of booking.
Acknowledgment
By completing a Studio Room Rental reservation, the booking party acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Studio Room Rental Terms and the applicable Aura Studios & Co Session Policies.
